Can I sell this image to Hallmark?

Arkansas defeats LSU

The Hogs whipped the swamp rats in the last game of the season and we got it on camera. This was taken right before Nutt's "Howard Dean" moment on CBS. National TV, 500+ yards in offense, Casey Dick completed three passes and McFadden secured the Heisman (or so we thought--Tebow, are you freak'n kidding me!) Jill and I celebrated on our own and Grace got to see the finest Razorback football game in our lifetime. Houston was high on the hog but, ohh, the call of Ole Miss was too strong. Houston was out of Fayetteville before the team bus got back. Good riddance. At least I can tell Grace that she was born at the end of the Nutt era.
There used to be a time when Jill and I celebrated football victories like this with beer and a house full of friends. Who would have thought it would be so much more fun with a five month old. She loved it. I can't wait for the next 18 seasons.
Whoo to the pig.

The sleeping baby....

"And if tonight my soul may find her peace in sleep, and sink in good oblivion, and in the morning wake like a new-opened flower then I have been dipped again in God, and new-created." ~D.H. Lawrence

Elise, Jill's cousin, gets married and Grace makes her first appearance at a formal event. Halfway through the opening prayer Grace decides she will let everyone know she can squeal. Dad makes a quick exit. The remainder of the wedding is spent with me and Grace sitting in the hallway checking the score of the Ark v. Tenn game on the blackberry. Yep, we lost.

Thanksgiving Funny Hat

This is a Thanksgiving "hat" that Jill bought little Grace. Everyone got a real kick out of it and Grace even tolerated it for a while. Regardless, she looks pretty cute.

Uncle Ben gets some quality time with Grace.
